This highly respected and award-winning company operates through several divisions including Construction& Infrastructure, Fit Out, Urban Regeneration and Property Services to name but a few.


With the built environment thought to be responsible for approximately 25% of UK carbon emissions, the company is committed to reducing their footprint and waste, building energy-efficient buildings, and increasing biodiversity.

In addition, social valueis created by regenerating towns and cities, contributing to housing needs, improving transport and infrastructure, whilst also building and fitting out schools, universities and offices development for people to work, learn and visit.


Promoting excellence and ensuring all projects benefit from the very latest advances in engineering and sustainable building design, is key to a strong pre-construction division.

With this in mind a key position has been created to oversee the M&E designprocess on schemes ranging from £1.5m - £25m (M&E value), coordinating information between the supply chain and consultancy framework, whilst supporting the operations teams on site.

Applications are invited from commercially driven building services professionals with a wealth of experience working on live schemes.

It is essential all interested parties can demonstrate their suitability for such a role and explain their exposure tosimilar responsibilities, whilst working under pressure to hit deadlines and keep within set budgets.


Finally, with offices located conveniently close to the M1, this position would be easily commutable and may interest those working North, East, West and South Yorkshire.
