As a care coordinator, you will be part of our friendly team ensuring that we achieve our aim. If you're an experienced care coordinator with administrative skills and a driver's licence, we want to hear from you.


£24,500 per year pro rata plus performance bonus

• Key Responsibilities_
• Scheduling rotas daily, ensuring a good match between clients and carers whilst considering travel time
• Bidding on care packages
• Generating new private business
• Meeting KPI targets
• Liaising with staff, other care professionals, clients and family members
• Taking part in weekly oncall rotas (to include 1 in 3 weekends)
• Quality assurance
• Emergency care cover
• Other duties as requested by the Registered Manager

Desirable:

• NVQ 2/
• Professional qualifications
• Experience as a supervisor, senior care worker, or in a similar role with a domiciliary care provider

Salary:
£24,500.00 per year
