Level - Business Administration Apprenticeship

To provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive administrative support to the Division of Women's, Childrens and Clinical Support Services.
Duties will include administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, filing and scanning, diary management as well as liaison with other Health Professionals

Communications and Relationships

  • Dealing with telephone and other queries, checking and updating information with colleagues and managers.
  • Communicating information verbally and in writing, providing routine information for colleagues and managers for effective running of the service.
  • May be required to handle barriers to understanding for example cultural differences, language or communication difficulties from the general public and users of the service.
  • Analytical & Judgemental
  • Resolves problems, such as accuracy of data within IT systems, departmental queries and escalating when necessary
