Working hours: 38.75 per week. Monday

Your new role:

About the role


The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of the operational management and delivery of facilities management services delivered within Robertson Facilities Management properties in the Stockport area.

In your new role you will;

  • Engage with customers via the customer interface / FM Portal to ensure a high level of attention to the daytoday running of the sites, and provision of a consistent strong link with customers, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any and all client concerns.
  • Manage excellent relationships with our client and suppliers, with a specific focus on managing the Council's preferred supply chain partner for the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments.
  • Ensure that the operational aspects are delivered in accordance with any agreed SLAs
  • To develop excellent client relationships through understanding the client needs, maximising the services delivered, and championing excellent customer care.
  • As a member of the Facilities Management Team, you will be an ambassador of the business.
  • To organise and facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders as appropriate.

About you
We are looking for a highly organised individual with the ability to work intuitively and efficiently. A background in facilities management is desirable, along with preferred experience of a fast-paced administrative role.
