About Our Client:

  • Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure all billing information complies with financial regulations and procedures
  • Monitor incoming payments and ensure all accounts are updated
  • Address and resolve any billing disputes or issues
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
  • Collaborate with other members of the accounting and finance team to achieve department goals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Band 4 Billing Administrator should have:

  • A solid foundation in accounting and finance principles
  • Previous experience in a similar NHS role
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
