Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using Xero accounting software
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Finalise transactions for VAT returns and year end accounts
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor cash flow
- Assist with yearend audits and tax preparation
- Manage the payroll
- Update the CRM and other booking systems
- Speak to customers face to face and over the telephone.
Skills:
- Must have experience of working in a financial capacity
- Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Xero
- Strong knowledge of of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Confident in speaking over the telephone
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Types:

Salary:
£23,400.00-£26,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
