Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using Xero accounting software
  • Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
  • Finalise transactions for VAT returns and year end accounts
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Monitor cash flow
  • Assist with yearend audits and tax preparation
  • Manage the payroll
  • Update the CRM and other booking systems
  • Speak to customers face to face and over the telephone.

Skills:


  • Must have experience of working in a financial capacity
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Xero
  • Strong knowledge of of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Confident in speaking over the telephone
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,400.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
