Role Summary


The
Sales Support Advisor responsibilities include coordinating quotes and sales offerings, tracking
sales leads, providing first class customer service, and support the field sales team to identify gaps and increase market share.

The
Sales Support Advisor is also responsible for the pre-qualification of all quotations to ensure value output.


Main Tasks / Objectives of the Role

  • Provide timely, accurate and professional quotes/offerings to Customers to agreed SLA's
  • Follow up on offers and quotes made to agreed SLA's, and ensure the information is stored accurately within the work management systems (Microsoft Dynamics
  • AX and CRM)
  • Works alongside the Field Sales Team to identify gaps and increase market share by proactively contacting inactive accounts / customers and developing opportunities
  • Work with Field Sales Team to increase the usage of Customer Quotation Portal
  • Work in partnership with the Service Delivery team to ensure a collaborative approach is implemented to deliver excellent customer experience at all times
  • Regularly inform your line manager on progress of area, status of key customers and opportunities to develop by reviewing performance reports and analysing data to provide feedback and put in place action plans to close gaps with SMART objectives
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to support future sales and growth
  • Upselling products and services to prospective customers through regular conversations and rapport

Education / Experience

  • Career Customer Service professional, related experience and training or equivalent combination of education and experience in Internal Sales, Customer Services or account management (including complaint management)
  • Track record of driving a combined customer service team to enhance the customer relationship
  • Knowledge and previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Willingness to travel as required.

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
