Description

We are a well-established Domiciliary Care agency proving care in and around Hastings East Sussex.

We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator with experience in working in the role within a home care setting.

We are looking for the individual to have a full UK driving license, with the ability to be flexible as this is a full-time position that does require weekend and evening work if needed and to be available to answer emergency out-of-hour calls if needed (phone will be provided)

We ask that you have either an NVQ3/4 in Health and Social Care or Equivalent. Previous experience in working with a team of care staff.
