Self Employed Bookkeeperto join a successful flourishing Construction company in
West Drayton, London Borough of Hillingdon
This growing company are looking to find a reliable and experienced
Bookkeeper for aprox 4 weeks

Bookkeeper Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating client records with all aspects of bookkeeping
  • Maintaining timely and accurate sales and purchase ledgers
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices
  • Preparing and processing payment runs for approval
  • Supporting CFO during the month end process preparing management accounts
  • Accurate preparation of VAT Returns and submitting to HMRC
  • Preparation of weekly sales reports to submit to CEO
  • Build and maintain Fixed Asset Register
  • Management of pension payments
  • Excellent working knowledge of Sage 50
  • Support the business with ad hoc requests
  • Monitoring weekly cashflow

Must...

  • Previous experience working with Sage 50
  • Previous experience within Bookkeeping
  • Office based Monday to Friday (around 8am 5pm)
