As a Multi Skilled Tradesperson, you'll be required to fix and repair homes, completing all works first time and at a convenient time for customers.

You'll be working alongside the Housing Services team, providing responsive and preventative service to repairand maintain all the employer's housing stock.

The applicant will need to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and equality in service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities of Multi Skilled Tradesperson:

Attend to requests for repair works across all services, including void properties, tenant's properties and equipment and adaptation.
Understand the needs of the customer and use your expertise to diagnose and carry out repairs needed, taking responsibility for the completion of the repair.
Keep customers informed of any delays to the work and ensure the works are completed satisfactorily.
Use expertise of others on the Housing Services team to carry out or diagnose a repair, using their knowledge to help learn and improve.
Regularly report to the Senior Tradesperson who will be available for assistance and expert advice day to day.
