Paraplanner, pooled paraplanning team working with high billing advisers, 3+ years of paraplanning experience (ESSENTIAL) £45k basic salary + route to being an adviser in 2 years. Full training and induction programme

My client are a national IFA firm with a presence across the UK whom I have placed 15+ members of staff with over the years.

They have been operating for 20+ years and have numerous awards for their training and development schemes, their paraplanning and admininfrastructure and overall client satisfaction.

They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice to HNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators and families.


Their business mix covers:

pensions, investments, tax planning, estate planning, gifting, IHT planning, wills, trusts, personal and business protection, some basic mortgages and more complex wealth structuring such as VCT & EIS work and offshore bonds.

I am speaking directly to the Head of Paraplanning.

They have a split system in the London office:
paraplanners being in a pooled environment and then the highest billing advisers have their own pods.

The pooled team of 20 are now in need of an experiencedparaplanner with a minimum of 3 years of experience and ideally your level 4 diploma of at least 4 exams completed.

You will be working for a group of high billing advisers on end to end paraplanning on whole of market products.

You will need to demonstrategood report writing skills on a broad range of advice and be able to hit the ground running.


  • Salary: £45k (depending on experience)
