An award winning, chartered financial planning organisation with offices in Hove are looking to add a Financial Planning Assistant to their successful support team.

The role will be to provide support to the experienced FS Administrators in the business across the full advice range including investments and pensions


Some key responsibilities are:

  • Creating and updating Client information on back our office system
  • Intelligent Office
  • Obtaining current & historic valuations from providers and relaying information back to client and/or adviser


  • Letters of Authority

  • Collating Research for advisers
  • Preparing packs for client meetings
  • Post & Scanning
  • Reception Cover
  • Answer overflow telephone calls
  • Ad hoc Projects
