Ridgeway Rise Care Home is on the lookout for a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN) to join our specialist care team on a permanent basis.

(Dayshift)


Pay Rate:
£20.50 per hour

Contracted Hours: 36 hrs per week

Benefits:

Our purpose-built luxury care home offers nursing, residential, dementia and respite care for 73 residents.


Ridgeway Rise Care Home is part of Care Concern Group; a market leading, family-owned care group operating over 70 homes across the UK.

We are passionate about creating fantastic care homes for our residents to live in and a supportive and fun environmentfor our team to work in.


Responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care, and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed.


Qualifications / Experience

  • Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)
  • Valid PIN
  • Previous experience of working with the elderly would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of care planning
  • Ability to communicate effectively
