Reed Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be assisting our longstanding client who are part of a highly successful multinational service organisation at their local office.

Our client is looking for aCredit Controller to join their finance team due to business growth.(Training will be given)


This role is full time and on a hybrid basis after initial induction on a fixed term contract basis prior to potential permanent option.


What they are looking for:

This role demands an articulate and confident individual who can offer very high levels of customer service and support.

You will be calling customers who haven't paid their invoices and prompt them to send payment.

You may need to answer questions from customers about their invoices or payments and resolve discrepancies on occasion.

You will be expected to generate credit reviews by providing the Credit Manager with all relevant information on the customers and to
- liaise with stake holders on a regular basis.


Skills:


  • If you have experience working in an office environment as an account's administrator or similar.
  • AAT preferred but not essential.
  • A good sense of humour
  • An excellent communicator at all levels.
  • An eye for detail
  • Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • You are a good team player.
  • Confidence to deliver results on time to a high standard.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Must enjoy working as part of a lively, hardworking and very busy team.
  • Experience of using Sun and Salesforce would be an advantage.
