Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a
Machinist based in
Bristol for an industrial pump company.

Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full time

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 1:30pm with on call duties

The role _

As the
Machinist your role will involve the following important duties:

Machine and manufacture/repair engineering components.
Working in a high pace environment.
Machine setting. Manufacturing components to tight tolerance. Using manual centre lathes.
Using manual milling machines.
Use slotting machines and Borer's.
Operate a variety of engineering machine tools.

The experience required _

As a successful
Machinist, you will have the following:

Machine apprentice qualification or higher.
5 years' experience working in a machine shop environment.
Driving licence.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
