Contract Scotland has a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to join and grow with the north division of this established luxury housebuilder.


Having reached nearly 50 years of trading, our client are in better shape than ever and are looking for a full time, permanent consultant to cover their new development near Elgin.

These will be high quality, spacious homes with a generous specification.


The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service and to guide the customer through the 'new homes' purchasing process.

This would suit a proactive, process driven person with good communication skills.


The role itself will involve:

  • Qualify client requirements, liaising with appropriate third parties and internal stakeholders to ensure the journey runs as smoothly as possible
  • Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices
  • Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
  • Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, resale values, market trends and advertising
  • Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features
  • Strong IT skills with ability to update, monitor and run reports from the CRM system
  • Attend weekly meetings with construction team to discuss build progress and produce/issue minutes of meeting

You will need to have:

  • Previous experience with a House Builder
  • Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
  • Evidence of working towards and achieving targets
  • Excellent presentation skills
What will you get in return?

  • Hours of work will be traditional Residential Sales hours between Thursday to Monday.
