What you'll do:

As our Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions.

Your responsibilities will include printing and dispatching our one-of-a-kind cards, handling customer queries and questions with calmness and finesse, and ensuring that all orders are shipped within 24 hours.

Don't worry, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, but you'll need to have space for a printer and supplies.

What we're looking for:

• Techsavvy: You should be comfortable working on Macs and have a knack for picking up new technology quickly.
• Customer service pro: You're a master at providing exceptional customer service, even when dealing with the quirkiest queries.
• Unoffendable spirit: Our cards might be rude and adultthemed, so having a good sense of humor and not being easily offended is a must

• Flexibility: Working from home you'll work one two hours per day, five days a week. You can choose the hours that suit you best
