Christopher Russell Property Services is one of the leading independent sales and letting agents in the area.

We currently seeking a Sales Negotiator with experience in residential sales who is motivated, enthusiastic and career driven.

The role of Sales Negotiator is exciting and rewarding.

You will be involved in qualifying prospective buyers, identifying their property needs and helping them to find the right property.

You will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments with prospective buyers and will work with the rest of the team at Christopher Russell to provide the highest level of service and support to ensure that the sale of the property completes.

As a Sales Negotiator you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary with commission and other performance bonuses based on house sales and introductions to solicitors and mortgage services.

The ideal Sales Negotiator will have a sound property background, be well presented and tenacious with experience of working to targets and deadlines and with a proven track record.

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
