Exciting news The TradeKart team is expanding and at the heart of our business are the Karters (drivers) who deliver our products day in day out to our loyal customers.

TradeKart is an App-based marketplace connecting local Tradespeople to local Trade Merchants in a one-stop shop Trade Community. It enables on-demand deliveries completed by our local fleet of experienced Karters.


Job description


We're looking for drivers with the X factor Passionate people who want to join a fun, disruptive and fast paced team, serving and uniting the trade community across the UK.

Due to significant expansion into Central London, we have brilliant opportunity for Owner Van Drivers to join our team.


Karters will be an important part of the Customer Experience, stationed in the Hemel Hempstead area to service orders as they come through by collecting products & getting them in the hands of the Tradespeople when needed.


Your Criteria for Success will include:

  • Deliver a 'white glove' service to all our customers and merchants ensuring a customer focused attitude.
  • Motivated to deliver a brilliant team environment where common sense, passion and adherence to the customer values are met.
  • Ability to be flexible and utilise common sense wherever appropriate.
  • Ability to assist in other local regions when necessary.

The individual:


  • Excellent relationship builder with strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Relishes networking in local communities, amongst our customer base.
  • Ability to deliver products on time and in full, time after time.
  • Thrives on pace and constant change.
  • Has a polite and courteous manner, that delights our customers.
  • Current clean UK driving licence.
  • Good standard of English and personal presentation.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Self employed
  • Minimum 1 year of multidrop delivery experience
  • Owner of a small or medium van
  • Relevant courier insurance

We'll provide you with:

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
