DEBRA. We seek an experienced Marketer & Digital Content Lead to deliver our annual fundraising marketing activity plan and the activities that will drive income generation and take us a step closer to a world without
epidermolysis bullosa (EB).
DEBRA is recruiting for a
Fundraising Marketing Officer to join our friendly and supportive Marcoms Team to lead our fundraising marketing activities.
You will work closely with colleagues in both Fundraising and Marketing & Communications on a
Full Time 35 hours a week,
Permanent
basis and earning a salary of up to £35,000
per annum dependant on experience.
This role is based at our Head Office in
Bracknell but provides the opportunity for **2 days a week
home working**.
About DEBRA
We are a national charity and patient support organisation that supports individuals and families affected by
epidermolysis bullosa, more commonly known as butterfly skin, an incredibly painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
What we are looking for
Someone with charity sector experience delivering digital and traditional marketing campaigns that drive income and grow following.
A completer finisher who can manage multiple projects and deliver engaging content that connects with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver the annual fundraising marketing activity plan:
- Delivering marketing activity t new and existing supporters, members & staff/volunteers to drive legacy donations and lottery sign-ups, covering literature, web, social media, direct mail, SEO;
- Delivering key digital fundraising activities including virtual challenges, birthday fundraising, dnate button posts, and text donate;
- Overseeing the develpment of the print and digital supporters' newsletter;
- Running prject teams and coordinating activities for key fundraising marketing initiatives.
- Evaluating and measuring marketing ROI using analytics/reprting tools.
