- 'I've worked here at Be Caring Manchester since March last year and I can honestly say I love my job. From my very first day I have felt valued. Staff have been very welcoming and are here to help in any way they can. Training was exceptional. The other Carers I have worked with helped me a lot during my early days and continue to do so. We work as a team and support each other in our role as Carer to our service users. I would recommend Be Caring as a company to work.'_ - _
