Administrator / Customer Service

Contract - 4 months

Start date - 03/01/2023

Location:
Reigate office for 3 months then will move to a hybrid role


PAYE pay rate - £96.15 p/d

Umbrella pay rate - £124.84 p/d

What you need to know about the role
This role is an inbound phone-based team, dedicated to delivering and maintaining our award-winning service.

Dealing directly with both customers and Financial Advisors by identifying their queries and taking the best course of action to service their needs.

To do this, we adopt a 'first call resolution' method where we do our best to solve all the callers' queries upon first contact.


As a member of the Contact Team, you will:

  • Speak directly with our customers to answer questions about their policies and resolve any queries they may have
  • Represent the business to the highest of standards by achieving personal performance targets that contribute to the overall team results
  • Be confident, enthusiastic and resilient at all times, doing what you can to help the team succeed
  • Be flexible, proactive and professional at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a diverse team

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Ideally has a strong background in phone-based service
  • Stands out in a positive way
  • Who wants to go the extra mile for themselves, their team
  • Is a flexible, determined and passionate
  • Focused on delivering an exceptional service to our customers and Financial Advisors
  • Is reliable, adaptable and selfmotivated
  • Performs well in a variety of environments
  • Someone who is spirited and can bounce back easily when faced with challenges
  • 3 months in the office then the role move to hybrid working
