Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to assist the site manager oversee construction projects.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all on-site activities alongside the site manager, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all construction activities onsite
Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines
Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting regular inspections
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
Provide guidance and support to construction teams, resolving any issues that may arise
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of any changes or delays
Assist in estimating construction costs and preparing budgets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
Indepth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and equipment related to construction work
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction drawings
Familiarity with construction estimating and cost control principles
Ability to interpret schematics and technical specifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
Solid problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Knowledge of external wall insulation systems, trim carpentry, plastering, and construction painting is preferred
