Description
We are an independent Land Rover specialist in Alton, Hampshire with large workshops, parts store and parts shop.
We have a full-time vacancy in our Parts Department, mainly working in goods in, sorting out goods coming in and going out.
You will also be required to serve customers in the shop and help workshop staff with parts needed for them to carry out service and repair work.
Role responsibilities will include -
- Receiving and checking deliveries against orders to ensure quantity, quality and prices are as expected
- Putting deliveries away and counting stock
- Reporting damages or returns and liaising with suppliers to arrange return of goods
- Serving customers on the telephone or in our Parts shop
- Helping workshop staff with parts needed for them to carry out service and repair work
About You
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, preferably with experience in a similar role
- An interest in the motor industry
- A calm, efficient and enthusiastic demeanour, even on the busiest of days
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Hours of work
8.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) and 9.00am pm (Saturday)
Salary dependent on knowledge and experience.
