Responsibilities:
- Manage client communications by taking in and responding to inquiries via incoming mail and phone calls, translating customer requests into a solution, and recording and updating relevant systems.

Requirements:
- Possess a passion for providing firstrate service and experience taking control of the client experience.
- It would be beneficial to be familiar with consumer credit and have a slight understanding of the FCA.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong focus on detail.
- The ability to utilise Microsoft office programmes, including word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to go above and beyond when necessary.
