Description
Account Manager wanted to join our growing team on a permanent basis. This role will look after our CCG and eRetail divisions.


We're looking for an articulate, intelligent, results-driven Account Manager with experience in e-commerce, paid media, social media and client relationship management.


You'll be expected to work in a hybrid account and project management position so experience and a love for handling both sides of the coin is important.

You'll be equally happy hunting down opportunities and creating pitch / proposals that answer clientneeds, as then seeing them through to delivery.


What you'll be doing:


As an account manager you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Growth in our industry leading CCG and eRetail divisions, partnering with some of the world's largest brands.

You will be the day-to-day contact for several clients so will need tobe comfortable working with a wide range of client stakeholders.

You will work closely with the client and their agencies to understand their needs and commerce roadmap for the year, and ensure they are supported.


In addition, you will also be responsiblefor:

  • Being the main client point of contact for multiple clients, spanning different industries but all under the web / eCommerce umbrella
  • Get to understand a clients' businesses and challenges in order to solve critical problems with strategic, cutting edge and innovative solutions
  • Aligning with the Head of Growth, you will create and manage statements of work, resourcing needs and timelines to ensure delivery against clientapproved timings and budget
  • Delegating work and supporting junior members of the team
  • Drive brand engagement through regular touchpoints, training sessions and building collateral
  • Commercially minded, able to create and manage budgets and monitor costs and ROI
  • Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement in response to changing customer requirements.
  • Develop new opportunities into compelling commercial business propositions to customers.
  • Proposal Writing
  • Collaborate with your clients and your colleagues to scope and cost projects, create proposals and present compelling, business critical proposals

What we want from you:


  • Ability to constructively challenge the client / brief, and pull together the relevant skillsets to exceed client expectations
  • Experience of growing accounts able to hunt down opportunities and create proposals that answer client needs
  • Ability to think strategically and to prioritise among competing tasks
  • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts & projects in a digitally creative environment
  • Understanding of customer touchpoints along the digital customer journey
  • Excellent problemsolving skills able to identify issues and liaise with relevant internal and external teams
  • Good selfmotivation, strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
  • Excellent analytical skills, so that you can devise and implement strategies to benefit both Client and customer
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders both internally and with the client, at all levels
  • Strong written skills ability to write proposals/presentations, and distil complex presentations, or indepth research into bite sized information
  • Extremely organised, efficient and calm, able to get up to speed quickly
