Are you highly organised, enthusiastic & adaptable? Looking for a varied, inspiring and fulfilling role which encompasses different areas of fundraising - making a significant difference to the lives of people affected by spinal cord injuries?


We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to join our small but growing fundraising team at Back Up.


About the role:


You will play a key role in supporting the planning, production and administration of individual giving fundraising activity - donation appeals, online shop, lottery etc.

- as well as thanking our donors and administering our donor database. You will work closely with the Fundraising Manager to ensure that our individual givers and fundraisers feel valued.


You will work with the existing Supporter Care Assistant (who works remotely) to assist the Fundraising Manager by motivating, engaging and supporting new and existing donors to increase our income.

Ultimately, your infectious energy will enthuse our donors to help Back Up reach more people affected by spinal cord injury.


The post holder will be a highly organised, team player with infectious energy coupled with a strong work ethic to help enthuse our fundraisers.

While previous experience of working within a fundraising environment is preferable, a keen enthusiasm to learn or develop skills in this area is much more essential
