Food Tec Instructor - New Barn School

New Barn School is expanding and will require more teachers from September '24


New Barn School is a special educational needs school, NAS accredited with an Ofsted rated 'Good' that caters for academically able autistic students with associated difficulties, including ADHD and complex needs.

The majority of students will have either of Statement of Special Educational Needs or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Our dedicated staff are committed to creating a learning culture that enables the best possible outcomes for our pupils aged 7-1- Ideally has teaching experience in an SEN school

  • A team player and has great communication skills
  • Ability to build up good working relationships with pupils and staff
  • Providing students with practical handson experiences in our fully equipped food technology facilities
  • Teach allocated classes and provide a wellplanned, challenging, purposeful learning environment
  • A positive, proactive and patient individual who has a cando attitude and is willing to learn

Salary:
£22,218.00-£27,101.00 per year
