La Mia Mamma & Made in Italy are seeking for an experienced
Waiter/Waitress and Supervisor who can lead our team, and deliver an exceptional service to our guests in La Mia Mamma and Made in Italy Restaurants portfolio.

La Mia Mamma is a Restaurant with a unique concept.

Concept created to deliver the authentic Italian MAMMA cuisine, cooked and served directly from real Italian mammas.

We are looking for waiters/waitresses for the following locations:

La mia Mamma, 2 Hollywood Road, SW10 9HY (Chelsea)
La mia Mamma, 257 King's Road, SW3 5EL (Chelsea)
La mia Mamma, 190 Kensington Park Rd, W11 2ES (Notting Hill)
Made in Italy, 249 King's Road, SW3 5EL (Chelsea)

Waiters/Waitresses Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon entrance
Prepare dining tables by arranging condiments, kitchenware and decorations
Help patrons select dishes by answering questions about foods and drinks, describing house specialties and identifying appropriate drink pairings
Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them of any special requests or dietary needs
Deliver food to guests in a timely manner and attend to the needs of guests throughout the dining process
Issue bills and obtain payment

Supervisors' Responsibilities:

Assist the Assistant Manager and the General Manager
Help with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
Look after our guests
Supervise the team
Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

WAITER/WAITRESS salary up to £14 per hour, based on experience.

SUPERVISOR salary:
£28-32k per annum, based on experience.
