One Property Recruitment is working exclusively on a Team Leader position based in Vauxhall with a fast-track opportunity to climb to Regional and even Director level in the future.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a number of years experience in the industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.

What the role entails:

You will be managing a Team of 7 Property managers overseeing a portfolio of 2800 highend residential units based in Mayfair, Kensington and Belgravia
Dayday management of staff
Regular meetings with clients
New business pitches

Package:

- £75-90k

2 weeks Christmas shutdown
Private healthcare
Performance bonuses up to £10k

We are looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years working within leasehold Block Management
Currently manages staff on a dayday basis
Is MIRPM qualified
Is currently at a Team Lead or senior level
