Project Manager - Business Change - Financial Services

We are working with a well known financial services business that are looking to build out a new core business function internally, to support their vehicle leasing platform.

They currently offer this service supported and powered by a 3rd party provider but are looking to bring it in house and build a much more modern, customer focused solution.

This is a great opportunity for you to lead on the business and operational change sides of the delivery as they build out the new operation.

Key experience required includes:
Strong project management experience within regulated financial services environments

Experience delivering business change projects, rather than IT

Knowledge and understanding of the motor finance / vehicle finance or leasing sectors (highly desirable)

Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall environments

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage projects over cross functional business areas

This is a hybrid role which requires 2 days a week in Redhill, Surrey and is being offered on a 12 month FTC basis.

It's offering a strong salary of £60-65k + bonus + excellent benefits such as 30 days holiday (+ bank hols), PMI, strong pension contributionsand more.
