Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive database for our Advanced General Dental Practice (AGDP) graduates.
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and up-to-date documentation of AGDP graduates' registration and employment status, facilitating effective communication and enhancing the overall reputation of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of AGDP graduates, including their registration and employment information.
- Crosscheck the database with the GDC register on the GDC website to verify the registration status of AGDP graduates.
- Regularly update the database with current information on the date of graduation, GDC registration type and date, employment status, and employer details.
- Initiate contact with AGDP graduates to discuss their employment status, gather information, and seek testimonials from their respective employers.
- Coordinate with employers to obtain relevant testimonies about the performance and contributions of AGDP graduates in their dental practices.
- Maintain effective communication with AGDP graduates, employers, and relevant program personnel to ensure accurate and complete data collection.
- Prepare and present periodic reports summarising the registration and employment status of AGDP graduates, including testimonies received.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in data management and recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with dental regulatory requirements, particularly GDC registration processes, is a plus.
- Proficiency in using database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 months
Salary:
£1,800.00-£2,100.00 per month
