Support and Accommodation Officer

Neath Port Talbot

£15-£17 P/H (Umbrella)

We are currently looking for a support worker to provide tenancy related support to residents of temporary accommodation in busy Housing Options service.

Key Responsibilities
- secure appropriate temporary supported accommodation and permanent accommodation for qualifying households
- carry out support needs assessments, risk assessments and develop Personal Housing Plans in line with identified need
- undertake appropriate Risk Assessments for all service users placed in interim accommodation, review at regular intervals and ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place for each service user to ensure compliance with all Corporate and Directorate Health and Safety Policies
