Precision Proco are currently looking for a competent Indigo Operator with experience running HP Indigo 7800 presses.

Sunday to Tuesday, 6pm

6am with overtime opportunities available.

Your responsibilities will include running 7800 digital presses, ordering consumables and make sure we have sufficient level of stock, dealing with part returns, organising UTK /ordering required parts, booking waste collection, training new operators, maintaining DFE/ basic DFE restart knowledge, maintaining chillers (filters replacement, filling up with water and antifreeze, fixing broken piping)

The role demands the ability to work in a time sensitive environment driven by a strict production schedule so motivation and organisation is essential.

Level 2 HP Indigo experience, minimum 2 years experience
Use initiative and make quick decisions
Superb colour vision
Strong eye for detail
Quality checks during/completion of each job
Ensuring output is to high standards of quality
Setsup, operates, and maintains the HP Indigo Digital Presses
Performs routine maintenance
Performs machine adjustments accurately, efficiently, and according to procedure
Monitors the printing process to maintain print quality
Understands machine capabilities so as to achieve optimum print quality
Conducts tests and inspections to evaluate quality and performance
Maintains good housekeeping.
