    Strategy Analyst | Scaling Music Business

    We are seeking a Strategy Analyst to work with a rapidly growing music business based in London.

    This dynamic role offers the opportunity to provide research and insight to drive strategic decision-making, with a clear impact on commercial performance and great visibility to senior stakeholders/C-suite.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for analysing financial reports, industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitor performance to inform decision-making. This will involve reporting, presenting, and distributing findings and suggestions across the business, as well as tracking and monitoring the progress of strategic projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to strategic discussions, presenting findings and suggestions to the Director of Strategy and Executive Team
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, creating presentations and written reports
    • Analyse business/project performance, economic drivers, competitor performance, and report their impact on the business' interests
    • Track and monitor initiatives and projects, taking initiative to problem-solve and flag concerns
    • Liaise with Finance and Data teams to complete reports and obtain/analyse relevant data

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years experience in a strategy consultancy firm
    • A passion for the music industry

    Working Pattern:

    3 days in-office, 2 days work from home

    Ideal start: ASAP-1 month notice
