Description

Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team.

You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and cultivating ideasand executing them.

You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

We are looking for someone to manage our team of sales agents in a challenging outbound sales role. Your main responsibilities will be assisting and motivating your team to meet challenging KPI's.

Managing the day to day running of your team, such as coaching,quality feedback, sickness and absence, as well as assisting in any other areas requested by the operations team to ensure the success of the campaign.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team.

Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.


Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective team management and development, delivering consistent achievement against specific aggressive targets
  • Develop full prospect pipeline management and reporting of new business sales.
  • Effectively mentor in team members and monitor pipeline of prospective clients to deliver against new business targets.
  • Monitor quality levels within the customer service process and agreed service level agreements.
  • Constantly develops plans to increase customer service and thereby client loyalty.
  • Assess teams' dynamics to get the best out of teams and the individuals within them.
  • Design SMART KPIs and specific targets for team members and avail resources to enable team members reach set goals.
  • Ensure a monthonmonth growth in gross profit.
