Salary:
£25,702 - £27,938 per annum

Plus a recruitment and retention allowance of up to £2,000

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative who thrives on working in a challenging environment.

Do you have a proven track record of carrying out an efficient, effective and sustainable statutory maintenance service and reactive and minor works service whilst ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practice? If so then joinus

About You

We would like you to have:

A City & Guilds Craft Certificate or approved NVQ equivalent in carpentry/bricklaying or associated trade
Completed a recognised apprenticeship and demonstrate significant experience in the maintenance of buildings, to include a good knowledge and understanding of construction methods and construction technology
A good eye for quality and produce a high level of finish in all tasks
Good working knowledge of carpentry, ironmongery, painting/decorating, basic brickwork and general making good
Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction, health and safety, and understand a Permit to Work system
Experience of working in a customerfocused and professional environment
A current IPAF and PASMA certificate would be advantageous.
