Zachary Daniels are currently looking to recruit a Head of Learning & Development for a well-established retailer.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fantastic business in a role which will offer you a chance to be part of a great HR function.


As an established L&D Partner or Manager you will be able to bring outstanding leadership, energy and drive with a track record of 'making things happen' and help ensure the HR agenda is aligned to the overall business strategy.


You will be accountable for:

  • Design and deliver the L&D strategies
  • Lead a team of learning professionals
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders
  • Drive a high performing culture
  • Understanding and using a variety of learning strategies
  • Balancing the demands & expectations of the here and now and more strategic activities
  • Be a 'thought leader' in the L&D arena
  • Be passionate about what you do

This role will be hybrid working.

The Package
A competitive salary of circa £80,000 plus a wide range of company benefits.
