HGV Driver / LGV Cat C (Class 2) Driver

HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER REQUIRED
The Best Connection are looking for an enthusiastic, punctual and hardworking individual to work in the Cheadle area in a class 2 driving role at one of our biggest clients

We can accommodate for those looking for both part time and full time so if you are only looking for a few days a week then don't be discouraged to apply


The ideal driver would display the following skills:

  • Punctuality and eagerness to learn
  • Proficiency behind the wheel of vehicles of up to 32 tonnes
  • Confident learning new routes to select the best suited for the delivery
  • Comfortable completing safety checks and safely strapping loads on to the vehicle
Previous steel strapping experience preferred but not necessary

  • An up to date and valid C license, CPC, and Digi card
  • Proof of National Insurance e.g., a Valid Passport or Birth Certificate
  • A good geographical knowledge of motorways and other key roads across the country
Salary starts at a highly competitive
£13 and increases to an amazing
£19.50 with overtime
