Temporary Marketing Executive - Loudwater (High Wycombe)


Working hours will be 9am to 5pm, 3 days per week working from a vibrant office based in Loudwater which is full of friendly, out-going and creative people.

The Temporary Marketing Executive will provide organisational and administrative support to the existing marketing team of 5.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will contribute to and assist with the marketing projects executed by this vibrant, growing SME, with responsibility for media bookings with external agencies, project managing the launch marketing process and the distribution of marketing collateral and display material to the overall group.


Key Responsibilities will include:


  • Booking media with external agencies; including print, out of home and radio
  • Be the primary contact for all print and display suppliers
  • Ensuring bookings are made on time and all creative collateral is delivered to deadlines
  • Organising and maintaining the online image library
  • Supporting colleagues based Nationwide in their local marketing activities
  • Supporting the Marketing Team to deliver promotional activity and marketing projects
  • Preparing marketing presentations, training material and guides as required
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and spotting opportunities to improve
  • Helping to maintain social media and other digital marketing activity as required
  • Proofing and approving any artwork requests

Essential Skills/Experience:


  • Ideally 2 years of marketing experience in a similar role, including experience in social media content creation, analytics etc
  • Strong organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to write creative and compelling content for social media campaigns and websites
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and cross functionally
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well both in a team and individually
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your workload
  • Resilient, with a good sense of humour

Salary:
Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
