Description
We are looking to expand our dedicated ER team with the addition of a full-time Employee Relations Partner.

Good things are happening at BHR as we look to embrace and progress a 'just culture' approach to all that we do.

Working within our team you will be responsible for advising and supporting managers on employee relations matters, currently with a particular focus on improvements around our disciplinary processes and sickness absence management.

It is a great opportunity and offers both flexible and hybrid working in a supportive environment with a really friendly team.


We would love you to join us and be part of our team based in Romford and working across King Georges and Queens Hospitals.
