Description
Payroll Executive (Hybrid working) will be responsible for:
- Payroll administration, including leavers, maternity and any pay rate changes
- Maintaining the payroll system which will entail calculations and inputting data
- Adhering to payroll policies
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Updating internal and external parties with relevant staff changes
- Weekly and Monthly payroll
Profile
Payroll Executive (Hybrid working) will:
- Knowledgeable of Payroll responsibilities SMP, SPP, SSP, AOE
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to create and use VLOOKUP'S
- Previous experience in end to end Payroll
- Exposure to processing expenses
- Up to date on legislation and ruling around statutory payments.
