Nursery Cook Position -
Happy Days Nursery, Teignmouth


Job Role Includes:

• To follow the principles of good food hygiene at all times
• To prepare and provide a mid morning snack, a cooked mid day meal and a cold snack to be served later in the day for children by the agreed time.
• To assist the other nursery staff in the serving of the mid day meal to the children.
• To clear away and wash up once the meal is eaten.
• Make any recommendations concerning the menu, which could improve the quality of meals provided, whilst remaining within the allocated budget.
• Familiarise yourself with and keep up to date the list of children with food and drink allergies or forbidden foods.
• Be in charge of stock rotation and preparing shopping list.

Approximately 5 Hours Per Day - can be flexible to accommodate school hours
