Introduction
The Role
Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on recruitment and selection processes, developing and maintaining knowledge of recruitment practices and the business to ensure that advice meets business need and best practice.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Ability to develop recruitment strategies, recruit successfully to a high volume and complex range of internal and external vacancies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with a broad range of people at different levels
