**Technical Support Lead _

Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer? This may be the role for you**We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer who is ready to take the lead of the Internal IT function of a well established fintech company. You will be responsible for setting up, supervising, and delivering ticket flow to meet SLAs andKPI's.

You have a strong personality ready to take ownership of our IT processes and you're open to sharing your ideas and contribute to workforce IT Strategy including technical solutions, tools and processes.

You have a confident manner as you will be dealing with high level stakeholders of the business. You will collaborate and support the company's CISO in maintaining a high level of security posture.

You have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and good networking experience (DNS, WiFi, Ethernet network configuration skills). You have knowledge of WSL, as well as Cybersecurity knowledge and Cisco Umbrella knowledge.
