Description

Generating, checking and updating of IFU (Instructions for Use) & ISA (Instructions for Specific Applications) documents for various automated clinical chemistry and immunoassay analysers in accordance to company procedures.


  • The provision of information and advice on the adaptation of Randox reagents for manual and automated use to other Randox staff.
  • Compiling information on automated instruments by liaising with endusers, distributors and Randox sales staff.
  • Raising customer requests / queries and departmental PCAs at the daily management meeting when required.
  • Providing departmental statistics to the Plant Manager when required.
  • Developing the technical expertise of Randox sales representatives and distributors worldwide.
  • Ensuring that all team members are working safely in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures and are maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Word.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
  • Good understanding of basic scientific principles.
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and other Microsoft office products.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload.
  • Desirable: _
  • Previous experience operating clinical chemistry analysers and instruments.
