Account Manager for a leading global SaaS commerce platform

We are working with an organisation whose platform provides support to global consumer facing brands by giving insight and data driven analytics to drive next actions to power profitable growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer gets ROI from the service leading to satisfaction and renewals
- Involved with customer engagement and interaction
- Driving usage of platform across client organisation
- Building relationships with your portfolio of customers, finding and executing up selling opportunities
- Arranging conference calls, product demos, training and facetoface meetings to educate customers on the solution's benefits/capabilities
- You will need to have had previous experience in sales or account management experience with a proven track record
- Advantage if you have previously worked as a BDR, sales, account management experience in the FMCG and/or tech sector is highly desired
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Ability to multitask to prioritise and manage workflow
- Positive and enthusiastic outlook toward the achievement of sales and marketing goals
