Marketleading tech company is looking for an Indirect Procurement Specialist to join their bestinclass procurement function that prides itself on developing new talent_
If you are a budding procurement professional with experience across transactional procurement and have had exposure to supplier and contract management, but are in a position that offers very little development, then this could be the perfect role for you to kickstart your procurement career_

_Indirect Procurement Specialist, role responsibilities:
-_

You will be supporting on highprofile, businesscritical transactional procurement projects with a view to eventually managing them entirely using the organisation's brandnew SRM framework
Build longlasting relationships across the various business functions, acting as an SME for this framework educating and training these stakeholders on how to use it whilst also showing the value that procurement can bring
Negotiating with and onboarding new suppliers across various indirect procurement categories such as Marketing, FM and FF&E
Develop your skills over time with help of the wider team with a view to progressing into more senior positions within the sourcing/procurement function

_Indirect Procurement Specialist, required background:

Some exposure to managing transactional / tactical procurement, ideally having some experience of reviewing contracts, developing process and interacting with suppliers
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Proactive mindset with a desire to take on additional responsibility and grow
Strong academic background (2.1 degree or above) is beneficial but not essential

_Indirect Procurement Specialist - What you get: - _

Basic Salary of £35,000 £40,000 dependent on experience
10% Target Bonus (achieved for last 3 years)
