REED Legal are recruiting a Construction Solicitor for a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm.
An exciting opportunity to join a construction and engineering team.

Leaders in their field, this dedicated team of construction and engineering lawyers have expertise across the construction and engineering sectors

Key responsibilities:

Manage own and assist other team members with a primary focus on contentious work including litigation, arbitration, adjudication and, mediation
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and instructing counsel and experts
Client liaison direct contact developing client relationships
Drafting letters of advice
Assisting with and advising clients in relation to strategy and dispute avoidance/mitigation measures
Assisting with and providing contractual advice on live projects

Essential:

Previous construction experience (may include professional indemnity claims experience)
Excellent organisational skills
Demonstrates an understanding of clients, colleagues, and others
Adheres to guidelines and procedures
Ability to interact and communicate with the client and keep them up to date
The ability to work as part of a team and independently
