Our client is a Oftsed rated 'Good' training provider with over 15 years experience in delivering quality apprenticeship programmes to dedicated individuals across the London, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset, Devon regions.


About the role:

Our client requires a passionate and dedicated individual to join the team to support with learner onboarding process.

You will be working alongside the admin department with some of your duties being:


  • Provide administration tasks as directed by your line manager
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Checking documents making sure they are correct and valid
  • Liaising with the team and providing updates as required

About you

  • A passion to start or develop your existing career in Business Administration
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and be willing to learn new software
In addition to this, we will be looking for proficiency in the following areas:

Job Type:
Apprenticeship


Salary:
£5.28-£10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • East London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
